★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, llegue unos minutos antes de las 2, y no habían cortado mi pedido, que porque falló la impresora, le dije que no había problema que lo esperaba ya que venía del otro lado de la ciudad, y me dijeron que no me podían atender porque estaba a punto de comenzar su hora de comida, le pregunté que cuando estaría y me dijo que como a las 3:10pm, le dije que si tomaria 10 minutos el corte no lo cortaba de una vez, y me dijo que no, a pesar de que casi le suplico, no quiso. así que cancele mi pedido y me fui a la casa del Tornero en donde comen por turnos y siempre hay quien te atienda.
Palme es el clásico ejemplo en donde los empleados no tienen interés de vender.

Lo único por lo cual perdieron la calificación más alta fue por la mala atención y el mal servicio que ofrece la persona que está en entrega de materiales. Fuera de eso todo está excelente.
Very good place to buy steel materials, very good service from customer service, consulting and sales, as well as at checkout. The only thing for which they lost the highest rating was due to the bad attention and bad service offered by the person who is delivering materials. Outside of that everything is excellent.
