★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo, no hay vocación servicio lleve a un minio por una urgencia por envenenamiento y no lo quizo atender porque ya no atendia en ese horario con todo y que nos la recomendo otro veterinario. Mejor busquen otra opción antes de ir alli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, llevamos a uno de nuestros perros hace unos meses a servicio de estética y lo regresaron con una herida cerca del ojo (evidentemente por un descuido por parte de la persona que le cortó el cabello)
Cómo anteriormente habíamos llevado a nuestros 4 perros a este lugar y es el único inconveniente que habíamos tenido, regresamos hoy para un servicio de estética para otro de nuestros perros y pedimos que de favor lo atendiera otra persona ya que es un perro de 17 años y debido a la experiencia anterior no queríamos que fuera a pasarle un accidente a nuestro perrito, accedieron de mala gana y cuando fuimos a recogerlo lo regresaron todo "tusado" y lastimado de la piel, y nos lo entregaron diciendo que sería la última vez que lo atenderían. Claro que ya no pensábamos volver después de esta experiencia; sin embargo sólo dejan notar su poco profesionalismo y su poca empatía hacia los animales, están tratando con seres vivos, los animales sienten y no tienen porqué maltratarlos, si no nos querían atender porque se ofendieron por pedir que otra persona atienda a nuestro perro (lo cual estamos en todo nuestro derecho de pedir como clientes) nos hubieran dicho desde un principio, no era necesario cortarle mal el pelo y mucho menos lastimarlo.

As we had previously taken our 4 dogs to this place and it is the only inconvenience we had had, we returned today for a beauty service for another of our dogs and we asked that someone else please attend him since he is a 17 year old dog and Due to the previous experience, we did not want an accident to happen to our puppy, they reluctantly agreed and when we went to pick him up they returned him all "worn" and damaged skin, and they gave him to us saying that it would be the last time he they would attend Of course we no longer thought of going back after this experience; however, they only show their lack of professionalism and their lack of empathy towards animals, they are dealing with living beings, animals feel and they do not have to mistreat them, if they did not want to attend to us because they were offended by asking someone else to attend to our dog (what which we have every right to ask as clients) they would have told us from the beginning, it was not necessary to cut his hair badly, much less hurt him.
