★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes estaba muy limpio pero ahora faltan toallitas, falta gel y había espacio, ahora quitaron espacio muchas máquinas están encimadas, le han estado subiendo al precio estos últimos meses (600 a1000) y el pago más barato es de 700 si vas de 10 a 5 y todavía se molestan si te pasas hasta por tres minutos de las 5.
Antes me gustaba mucho pero ahora es muy caro y deficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La limpieza es buena, ahora en tiempo de covid,los aparatos están en buen estado. Salon para baile(encerrado). Sala con hexágono para barras (lo cierran para dar pseudo clases de crossfit). El personal en general es bueno y con buena actitud. Vestidores con regadera… Algo caro para lo que ofrecen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si empiezas a hacer ejercicio no gastes tu dinero en este lugar. Los instructores son flojos, no te harán caso, mucho menos tienen experiencia. A nosotros nos cancelaron el contrato sin haber violado alguna de sus cláusulas. La Gerente es prepotente, grosera y nos trató muy mal, nos hostigaron y amedrentaron. No HAY PERSONAL COMPETENTE que resuelva si tienes algún problema. PÉSIMO LUGAR. Están denunciados ya ante la PROFECO.
If you start to exercise don't spend your money in this place. The instructors are lazy, they will not listen to you, much less have experience. They canceled our contract without having violated any of its clauses. The Manager is pushy, rude and treated us very badly, harassed and intimidated us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre muy limpio y el personal muy amable . El equipo para ejercitarse esta en buenas condiciones y los baños también. Además cuenta con múltiples clases de spinning, balie, jumping, etc, en horarios adecuados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que se encuentra en la recepción para brindar informes sobre el gimnasio al público en general, no tiene actitud, cero amabilidad hacia los posibles clientes potenciales, pareciera que nos está haciendo un favor y pareciera que NO le gusta su trabajo. Lo anterior sucedió el día de hoy 13/enero/2022 entre las 11:30 am y 12:30 pm
Así ni me dieron ganas de inscribirme. Desde el principio ya empezamos muy mal con una señorita que no tiene actitud de servicio.
The person who is at the reception to provide information about the gym to the general public, has no attitude, zero friendliness towards potential clients, seems like he is doing us a favor and seems like he does NOT like his job.
