★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte de la señora que está ahí de empleada, no creo que sea la dueña si así fuera sería diferente. Y ya dejen el pretexto de que no dan bolsas por cuidar el medio ambiente, para eso existen las bolsas ecológicas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé un Miércoles para ver si por favor me podían imprimir algo súper sencillo que necesitaba para el Viernes y enviar a alguien a recogerlo porque yo no podía salir. Me contestaron de mala gana y de igual forma me pasaron el correo, lo mandé y nunca fue contestado. Se solicitaban los datos bancarios para la transferencia porque me comentó la señorita que no se podía pagar ahí si era a distancia.
Pensé que sólo había sido una mala experiencia por teléfono y hoy Sábado que pude ir comprobé que no. Hay dos chavas y la que parece la Jefa es mal encarada y nada de tacto en atención. Lástima, era mi imprenta favorita pero no me gusta que me 'hagan el favor'. Aunque me quede más retirado pero por lo menos a esta sucursal no volvemos.
I spoke on a Wednesday to see if you could please print me something super simple that I needed for Friday and send someone to pick it up because I couldn't go out. They answered me reluctantly and in the same way they sent me the mail, I sent it and it was never answered. The bank details were requested for the transfer because the lady told me that it was not possible to pay there if it was at a distance.
I thought it had just been a bad experience on the phone and today Saturday that I was able to go I verified that it had not. There are two girls and the one who seems to be the Boss is badly faced and has no tact in attention. Too bad, it was my favorite printer but I don't like to be 'done a favor'. Although I was more retired but at least we do not return to this branch.

Terrible service, wait a day for a quote, they don't answer their WhatsApp number and on their phone line they told me that when they had a chance they would answer, without specifying a day.
