★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitos departamentos, solo que el personal pésimo, sin ganas de vender, la joven Estefanía mega grosera desde que contesta los teléfonos, no cuadra ese tipo de persona majadera con el lugar y si nadie les a comentado esto, lo hago para que lo solucionen, se cree dueña y no, es empleada como muchos de nosotros, solo que está niña se cree de angora.ojala y lo tomen en cuenta para mejorar, gracias
Very nice apartments, only the lousy staff, not wanting to sell, the young Estefanía mega rude since she answers the phones, that kind of stupid person doesn't fit with the place and if no one has told them about this, I do it so they can solve it , she thinks she is the owner and no, she is an employee like many of us, only this girl thinks she is from angora. I hope they take it into account to improve, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitos departamentos con una excelente vista de la ciudad, buenas amenidades y verca de lugares de interés. Como detalle le falta un poco de mejor mantenimiento al área de la alberca ya que los vidrios eataban machados y uno de los jacuzzis no servía, pero la vista es muy buena.
Nice apartments with an excellent view of the city, good amenities and close to places of interest. As a detail, the pool area lacks a bit of better maintenance since the windows were stained and one of the jacuzzis did not work, but the view is very good.

2. Water quality is far below normal here; sound proofing seems to be from two generations ago..
3. No one wears a mask. Not in the elevator, not in the gym. Cannot use the amenities safely.
4. Overpriced and under delivers.
5. No washer or dryer space in the tiny units.
This is a place you would find in the US or Canada, but you would get basic things like clean water and masking would be required. Kind of surprising they charge so much for so little. Half of my floor is empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice building but laminate floors are not considered luxury, as well as the acrylic bathroom counter, that’s considered a low budget finish.
The shower is great and one of the best I’ve used. Nice amenities. The studio size is very small.
Great community spaces.
It’s impossible to get laundry done in this building, it’s always being used by a laundry service and the machines are very slow and don’t work so good. 1 hour drying clothes and they might still be wet.
