★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de lo peor de la administración de la Ciudad de Mexico, desde la prepotencia de los guardias de la entrada hasta los funcionarios que desganadamente no te ayudan ni resuelven nada. Piden documentos que no vienen dentro de los req. etc. Trato pésimo y lo peor sin solución. Si vas, mentaliza perder un par de hrs de tu vida, chance y tu si tengas suerte.

Me arriesgué y fui a hacer una aclaración sin cita.
Me llevé una muy grata sorpresa pues casi no había gente. El tiempo de espera, desde que entré hasta estar sentada frente a la persona que me atendió fue de unos cinco minutos.
Fui a pagar a la sucursal de HSBC que está a dentro de las instalaciones de la Tesorería y ahí también me sorprendí porque no había nadie esperando, y me atendieron de inmediato.
Regresé nuevamente al interior de la Tesorería y me pasaron enseguida con la persona que me había atendido.
Entre aclaraciones y solicitudes realicé un total de seis trámites, incluyendo cuatro pagos en el banco, todo en menos de 30 minutos.
No pude ver el nombre de la persona que me atendió, pero era una mujer ya mayor, con excelente actitud de servicio, muy amable y muy bien vestida, le envío mis felicitaciones

I was very pleasantly surprised because there were hardly any people. The waiting time, from when I entered to being seated in front of the person who attended me, was about five minutes.
I went to pay at the HSBC branch that is inside the Treasury facilities and there I was also surprised because there was no one waiting, and they attended me immediately.
I went back inside the Treasury and was immediately transferred to the person who had attended me.
Between clarifications and requests, I carried out a total of six procedures, including four payments at the bank, all in less than 30 minutes.
I could not see the name of the person who attended me, but it was an older woman, with an excellent attitude of service, very kind and very well dressed, I send my congratulations
