★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, quick and cheap (78pesos ow) service from the main bus terminal to the airport. Runs every 30min. and takes half an hour to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy tickets at the offices INSIDE airport. Go outside to the station and buy in cash at ticket office there. Outside they di not follow reservation system, so you will hop into the next bus, not 3rd or 4th if will buy inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you buying a ticket and double check the final destination. I bought a ticket to playa del carmen for 200 and instead they gave me a ticket to Cancun which was for 80 and it took me more than an hour to get my ticket to Playa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our bus to Tulum was leaving from a different terminal and while others were trying to sell us a cab for 20USD the ADO bus driver offered and took us to the right terminal and we were able to catch the bus on time. Supper helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We caught the ADO bus from Cancun airport to downtown Cancun. After buying the tickets inside the terminal, you are directed outside to the bus waiting area. We had about 15 minutes to wait which was not bad. After boarding the bus it pulls into each terminal then takes your to downtown Cancun which was about 15 minutes drive from the airport. The bus is air conditioned with reclining seats. The price for bus was 87pesos per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ADO is a complete madness. 1 hour delay, people running over each other shouting, and you can't get a seat. Rather take a taxi.
