★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We weren't terrible hungry and we're enthused abt the menu items but both dishes we ordered were sabroso & bien elaborado! Plus the music was housey-vibey & just right. Hostess was so helpful and gave great tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want go to mahaual from bacalar it's better to take the vans next to the terminal because Ado over sell the tickets and your place isn't secured even if you buy your ticket with time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the caja tried to scam us out of money by switching which bus we wanted and saying we had to buy a bus card( you do not have a to buy a bus card) and they try to confuse you to get more money out of you by switching your bus and destination and then when you ask them questions to clarify they get extremely rude and then as soon as you get rude back and tell them why they changed the destination and the bus and now ask for more money all the sudden everything is back to normal and how it should have been from the beginning, a lot of unneeded stress ended up bieng more tjan getting it online. I recommend just getting your tickets online and avoid 15 mins of them trying to scam you etc.

I suggest buying tickets online and arraiving 30 minutes before departure time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly to me, things run very smoothly and on time (with a few minutes delay as expected). The buses run well and are clean. I won't hesitate to travel with ADO again.
This terminal was also good enough to do the job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash only..no cards. BACALAR is beautiful. November best months for seeing all seven colors of the lagoon. Hardly any purple acesse to the lake!
