★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómoda, limpia y segura. Hay varias tiendas en los alrededores. Tiene internet gratis, una tienda para comprar comida, un cajero del Banco Santander, guarda equipaje, baños y puntos para cargar tu móvil.
 Comfortable, clean and safe. There are several shops in the surroundings. It has free internet, a store to buy food, a cashier from Banco Santander, store luggage, toilets and points to charge your mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no está capacitado, no domina la información y por lo tanto no tienen la capacidad de resolver una situación. Me querían cobrar un niño de 12 años como adulto, cuando en sus términos y condiciones dice que es a partir de los 13 años. Me negaron el abordaje a la unidad y la señorita que me atendió fue poco empática y le falta criterio.
The staff is not trained, does not master the information and therefore does not have the ability to resolve a situation. They wanted to charge me a 12 year old child as an adult, when in their terms and conditions it says that it is from 13 years old. I was denied boarding the unit and the lady who attended me was not very empathetic and lacked judgment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont travel during raining season, if you are going to puerto escondido, and its raining, sometimes you get stuck here, and they wont pay for hotel, ask for refund whey you get there, if you wait for the next day to travel with same ticket, sometimes they wont take it the next day. bottom line, dont travel during raining season

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washroom in OCC we took from Puerto Escondido to Huatulco was full of puke. It was not cleaned even though cleaning lady went in before we get on board at Puerto Escondido.
Stench was awful during this 2.5 hr of bumpy and winding road. Puke smell made my son to puke. If there was no puke build up in the washroom, would have been great ride for price.
