Tuve que poner una estrella para que se pudiera publicar pero en verdad no es así

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enviaron un paquete desde el extranjero y lo tiene detenido en la aduana, según me pedían pagar gastos aduanales por. $14,500.00 después me salen con que tengo que pagar una póliza de seguro por $34,600.00 son elevadisimos los costos y aún no me entregan mi paquete, ni por qué les dije me me dieran el domicilio y yo personalmente lo recogía para no pagar tanto y me comentaron que no se podía entregar, ya que tenía que ser entregado en el domicilio inquicado y aún no llega por los comentarios que veo espero si llegue mi paquete y completo ? ya que veo que si tienen muy mal servicio ??!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es nefasto entrar a esa aduana , los almacenes no tienen espacio y tienes que estar dando vueltas y vueltas y más vueltas , hasta 20 horas para que te descarguen más las otras 8 horas formado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, le mandaron un paquete a mi mamá desde EU y ya lleva ahí 1 mes, le cobraron 10,000 mi mamá lo pagó y resulta que ahora tiene que pagar 27,800.
Marcamos y puro buzón de voz, espero que el paquete llegue, ya que son cosas personales que le enviaron a mi mamá. No se merecen ni 1 estrella.
Terrible service, they sent a package to my mom from the US and she's been there for 1 month, they charged her 10,000 my mom paid for it and it turns out that now she has to pay 27,800.
We dialed and pure voice mail, I hope the package arrives, since they are personal things that were sent to my mother. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I paid the US post office $100, but when the merchandise arrived in Mexico “la Duana” charged $170 for my family to receive the package for taxes. This agency is not good at all, I would give it a Negative Star review if I could. BEWARE! I don’t think I’ll b sending items anymore.
