★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien ubicada la oficina, en cuanto a atención las señoritas son muy amables, te atienden rápido, solucionan tus dudas, revisan tarifas para que estés más comodo con los costos, en general buena opción para comprar tus boletos si aún no confias en los servicios en línea y no quieres ir hasta el aeropuerto a comprar los boletos.
Well located the office, in terms of attention the ladies are very friendly, they answer you quickly, solve your doubts, review rates so that you are more comfortable with the costs, in general good option to buy your tickets if you still do not trust the services in line and you don't want to go to the airport to buy the tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelan mi vuelo sin aviso previo. Cuando me comunique me dieron un numero de baucher y no me ofrecieron enviarme en otro horario. Le envío un correo solicitando me reembolsen mi dinero en 2 ocaciones y aun sin respuesta.
They cancel my flight without prior notice. When I communicated they gave me a baucher number and they did not offer to send me at another time. I send an email requesting my money to be refunded on 2 occasions and still no response.

They did not comply with the schedule of the scheduled trip for a passenger with a need for therapeutic oxygen, it was at 6 am and it left until 9:20 am...they ask for a lot of protocol, requirements, diagnosis, etc...to fail to comply without anyone saying anything. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio por parte de Leticia Meza. La página de Aeromexico me falló, marqué a servicio al cliente y no me resolvieron nada. Leticia en cambio resolvió todos los problemas de una manera muy atenta.
Excellent service by Leticia Meza. The Aeromexico page failed me, I called customer service and they did not solve anything. Leticia on the other hand solved all the problems in a very attentive way.
