I do not understand why the workers think they are above the customers. They are rude and cold. If you are a tourist, hold your ground and also to save money. Book through expedia. Also... when you need a reimbursement it takes a year ... what the heck? The workers need learn to learn some manners... if it wasn't for the customers you wouldn't have a job so don't act like we are a burden

Purchased a ticket online and they mistakenly charged my card twice. I emailed them multiple times about the issue and after a month and a half I finally received my refund! However, I recommend they have free WiFi on their flights :)

This is the worst airline I've ever flown. We showed up with plenty of time for a flight to Argentina. Less than 30 minutes before boarding they decided to tell us we need to pay a reciprocity tax (which was currently waived) to get on the plane. 10 Americans were prevented from boarding the flight even though there was a clear publication from the Argentinian embassy that the reciprocity fee was still waived. Additionally, the Argentinian website will not allow US citizens to even pay the tax (not an option in the drop down box). Nothing confusing about it. We showed this to the desk employee and supervisor then explained the situation several times but they did not care or want to help. After missing the flight they sent us all over the airport to talk to more people who didn't care or want to help. After three hours we were finally told they couldn't help and it was implied that missing the flight was our fault. They wouldn't even help us get alternate flights out of their country. Fortunately, we were able to recover our checked luggage which appeared to have been drug through the dirt for 10 miles. We had to arrange travel back to the country we just left on our own and fly direct to Argentina out of our own pocket! Guess what? When I landed in Argentina they let me in the country without paying a reciprocity tax because there wasn't one. The fact that two ignorant and confused individuals can prevent an entire group of people from boarding a plane based on nationality is perplexing to me. It was clear that neither one of them had the ability to understand international law and it is highly unlikely that all the passengers from one country would all have incomplete documentation. This should have been identified WAY before than this flight and elevated to higher "decision making" management levels. The worst part of this situation is the belligerent attitude of the employees and refusal to help. I highly recommend avoiding this airline altogether but definitely avoid flying them internationally from MEX.

I was flying this time again with AeroMexico from Mexico City to Amsterdam. As Ticket package i booked the "Classic Package", which included selecting a seat and luggage up to 23KG included (this package is ~70US$ more expensive, than the basic fare without luggage and seat reservation one-way!). Finally i did the online-checkin-process, which went very smooth and chose my seat. One hour before departure i checked again in the customer-page, if everything was fine - it was and my seat was still blocked for me and the whole row (two more seats free). Until here everything was perfect. But then the boarding started. And what happend? My digital boarding pass on my smartphone was rejected several times, so the ground-stuff-guy went with me to the counter and gave me a printed boarding pass with another seat. I asked why they changed my seat without further announcement or communication to me, as passenger? After all i paid additional money, to choose MY SEAT BY MYSELF, but now the groundstuff changed MY SEAT BY THEMSELF. He just said, i shouldn't be so excited, it is exactly the same place, just in another part of the airplane. I again started discussing with him, that this behaviour is wrong, changing the booked and additionaly paid seats of the customers - but he just turned around and went away. Consequently i ended on the seat directly in front of the toilets, where the seat inclination was much less, than on my booked seat - sleeping was a torture for this overnight-connection. My original booked seat got a woman with a kid of about 12 years, they blocked obviously the three seats and layed flat down all the way to Amsterdam (what i obviously also would have done). But it is unbelievable, that people, who PAID additional money for reserving a seat are removed and moved to another seat, while others, who didn't pay and reserve their seat before, get benefits for free. They could have gotten those seats, but then they needed to pay also additional money for getting this comfort. The stewardess in the airplane was btw. completely incompetent. I showed her the two boarding-passes and she just said in a rude way, that my digital boarding pass is invalid and now i need to move. No offer for an upgrade to the premium-economy or business for this impudence. So, reserving seats against money is in AeroMexico no good option, you anyway have no guarantee to get your reserved and booked seat. I will try to avoid them from now on, even if I flew already a few times with them.

Take offs are delayed 30 min and if you have a connecting flight they won't wait. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING! We missed boarding by 3 min. Flight was supposed to be 100 min it took over 2 hrs. There was a huge amount of people that missed their connecting flight to multiple destinations. If you take a pet, the hotel voucher they hand out is not for a pet friendly hotel. The extent of disorganization is appalling. Don't waste your money on this airline, they're a joke just like they consider you one. THE WORST

They smell the fear, your need to rush things and they will kick you out of your flight if they can. One of the worst services around. Avoid like a contagious disease.

Horrible. Been waiting for 1hr at the business counter to check in (App doesn’t work, as usual) and we are close to missing the flight. 1 person at the business counter for 50 people - terrible customer service.
