La atención que recibí no fue satisfactoria,ya que ingrese para consultar una duda,y como no lo fue para adquirir un vuelo no hubo interés,muy a pesar que fui un cliente con mucha frecuencia hace algunos años.....

Desde anoche estoy tratando de PAGAR unos boletos por teléfono la atención de lo mejor pero el tiempo de espera es una locura. Buscando otra opción me doy cuenta que hay oficina cerca de mi, salgo corriendo para poder terminar la transacción y para mí sorpresa tengo que pagar 500 pesos xtras solo por el hecho de usar la oficina en vez de hacerlo vía telefónica. Para COLMO la persona que me atendió súper seca y sin una gota de amabilidad me explica la situación como "esto es lo que hay tómalo o déjalo", sin ninguna ganas de ayudar. Mientras sigamos en puesto de atención al cliente sin en realidad entender lo que es el concepto seguiremos estancados. Gracias por nada
Since last night I am trying to PAY some tickets by phone the best attention but the waiting time is crazy. Looking for another option, I realize that there is an office near me, I run to finish the transaction and to my surprise I have to pay 500 pesos extra just for the fact of using the office instead of doing it by phone. To TOP the person who treated me super dry and without a drop of kindness explains the situation to me as "this is what there is, take it or leave it", without any desire to help. As long as we continue in the customer service position without really understanding what the concept is, we will remain stagnant. Thanks for nothing

Faço viagens a vários anos, pela primeira vez fiquei realmente surpresa com o descaso conosco. Aeromoça grosseira e mal educada. O atendente do serviço de informações da aeroméxico na cidade do México é lastimável. Ninguém fala português ou mesmo procura entender a sua necessidade, mesmo você falando inglês. O avião parece seguro, mas o tratamento com o Brasileiro é péssimo.
I travel for several years, for the first time I was really surprised by the neglect with us. Rude and rude stewardess. The aeroméxico information service clerk in Mexico City is pitiful. Nobody speaks Portuguese or even tries to understand your need, even if you speak English. The plane looks safe, but the treatment with the Brazilian is terrible.

Que mal sabor de boca, acaban de perder un cliente. El día de ayer por la noche mi boleto "mágicamente" cambió a ser boleto "abierto". Después de 2 días de llamadas incluso mintieron diciendo que yo dije en una llamada que lo dejaran como abierto, el nombre de la persona que dijo esto fue Eduardo Hernández. Llamé a todos lados, involucré a la agencia de viajes aunque este cambio fue del lado de aeroméxico y fue un infierno. Al final pude solucionarlo pero para ello tuve que estar muy enojado para poder recibir una respuesta. Me estaban haciendo pagar cerca de 40,000 pesos porque sólo había tickets en primera clase, por dios! Al final me lo reactivaron en clase turista lo cual indica que si había boletos en clase turista. Chequen su página web, tal vez algún bug hizo que mi reserva cambiara al intentar buscar mi reserva online. De verdad que no vuelvo a viajar con ustedes.
What a bad taste in my mouth, they just lost a client. Last night my ticket "magically" changed to an "open" ticket. After 2 days of calls they even lied saying that I said in a call to leave it as open, the name of the person who said this was Eduardo Hernández. I called everywhere, I involved the travel agency although this change was on the aeromexico side and it was hell. In the end I was able to solve it but for this I had to be very angry to be able to receive an answer. They were making me pay about 40,000 pesos because there were only first class tickets, for God's sake! In the end, they reactivated it for me in tourist class, which indicates that there were tickets in tourist class. Check their website, maybe some bug caused my reservation to change when trying to find my reservation online. I really will not travel with you again.

Buena atención, buenos viajes, buenos aviones, buenas botanas, buen snack... no es de las empresas más económicas, es verdad, pero es la seguridad de viajar bien y sentirse cómodo.
Good attention, good trips, good airplanes, good snacks, good snacks ... it is not one of the cheapest companies, it is true, but it is the security of traveling well and feeling comfortable.

Broke my wheels on my luggage on 2 separate occasions. No customer service number. Still waiting for an email back from them. Been waiting over a month.
