We had an incredible experience as we left Sao Paulo to Mexico and even better from Mexico to New York, we landed the comments of full enjoyment and satisfaction of this one that for us is a new airline. Certain that we would have the best treatment, quiet stay my wife and I waited for our return. Finally, the date arrived after a pleasant holiday in the USA, so around 11:30 in the morning we received an email notification about the change of the AM 403 flight that would leave at 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. hurry aside and rethink our programming based on this document. At 17:45 we arrived at the airport under all the bad weather conditions and traffic and no longer saw anyone. We think some misunderstanding has occurred. We looked for the aeromexico booth and surprisingly there was no one for any information. We continued again until the check-in of the aeromexico and we questioned the baggage handler who informed us that the check in already closed, we were already there at 18:00 PM. At the same time, I received another e-mail informing me of a further delay of 15 minutes on this same flight. It would leave this time at 7:15 PM. This dispatcher kindly and together with his colleague informed us that the company Delta and Aeromexico were partners and that we could withdraw doubts there, we were at 18:15 PM. The Delta company told us that the flight was already closed but that we could do a rebooking, which was totally possible but a competence of the aeromexico. We waited until 9:30 PM, time for the next check-in. Our displeasure with aeromexico began when we got in touch with Ms. Franchesca, collaborator of aeromexico in blue and white uniform. We explain what happened and request a resolution. In a totally rude and even low way, she suggested that the emails could be faked and we would have to buy the tickets again if we wanted to board, but that would be on the next flight because it was already full. She boldly said that many called their relatives and asked for money to pay for the lack of punctuality and responsibility. She stated that her supervisor would have ended the flight at 18:30 PM and we denied it to the trucking agent. We then asked to speak to the supervisior and if there was anything else that could be done. In response, Ms. Franchesca told us that she would not lose her job because of us. We said that this response was totally inadequate. We have had many trips to different countries and we know many airlines. We have never witnessed such a lack of treatment. At last the supervisor arrived and with education and preparation was able to solve our problem at no additional cost. What is expected of any company that presages. But the image of the aeromexico was painfully rotted, and we attribute this to the unpreparedness of this lady Francesca who has treated us like never before in life. Service is a little bit slow so be patient when you are there. I shipped by pet and everything went alright. Good service and installations are clean.

Avoid this airline at all costs. The supervisor at Mexico city airport Roberto is completely useless and would NOT help us. He pretty much ran away from the problem and told us to deal with it ourselves. Our flight from cancun to Mexico city was delayed 2 hours. When we landed we were just sitting on the tarmac and every minute counted. We ran to the gate for our flight to Toronto, and the gate was still opened. The guy at the front Michael angel did not let us in. We kept taling to him and he litterally sat there doing his work ignoring us. Flight left. We asked to speak to the manager and Roberto came over, which he lead us half way to customer service and couldn't even bother help skipping the living up of 7 people knowing every second counted and he just walked off.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE AGAIN and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to avoid
