Pésimo servicio No quiere atender ni ayudar aunque no tiene ningún cliente ni trabajo. Solo dice que consultara por llamada o página web. No sé para que están aquí en la oficina.

La atencion al cliente es pesima. Cambié mi vuelo de vuelta a un vuelo abierto y cuando quize reservarlo, me ofrecen pagar 97 000 mex$ porque segun ellos , era un boleto ida y vuelta y que las tarifas cambiaron. Esto es robo. En linea uno encuentra billete en 12 000 mex$. Su mejor oferta es pagar un nuevo billete???!! Acaso piensan que le pueden sacar la plata asi a la gente???

Si al tratar de hacer tu compra vía internet no te acepta el pago y te mandan aquí a pagar toma en cuenta que cobran $450 extras solo por “hacerte el favor de cobrar” ?

Realmente es difícil no accesar a estos servicios por los tiempos y distancias pero es la segunda vez que mi madre adulto mayor viaja a los estados unidos por invitación de sus familiares y le han saqueado y robado tal cual la palabra lo dice , su equipaje ,tratamos de que sea el viaje agradable pagando los costos tan elevados de la aerolínea por creer que el servicio es bueno pero deja muchísimo de que hablar y así como ella mucha gente sufre la misma situación ese mismo día e el aeropuerto de la cdmx otra persona se desahogaba en reclamos hacia el personal por la misma razón y muchas otras personas acabamos por callar este tipo de saqueos a l equipaje que realiza el personal así mismo levantan un reporte que le darán seguimiento en un tiempo razonable y ya son 5 Dias en que no contestan ni teléfono ni email que se han enviado . Espero que esto no llegue a oídos sordos sino que se actúe en forma eficaz seamos profesionales honestos y considerados recuerden que sin empresa a nivel mundial no sólo al extranjero hay que tratar bien .

I shall say that I'm really disappointed and rarely in my life have I seen a company wasting my time like this. I'm warning you because I would've love to know how incompetent they are before booking a flight with them. Nobody tells you nothing, you gotta run for any information and do the job for them basically. The departures board are not acurate and you have to wait in line every 20 min for an update. The staff is fine but the organization is the worst I've seen. Avoid at all cost.

They are located at a convenient spot in the Centro part of Oaxaca. Having a limited amount of Spanish at my disposal it was comforting that the man at the counter was fluent in English. He was friendly and was very professional. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Delay of 6 hours, so I ask for a voucher. I got the voucher which is not valid anywhere. Only outside the Mexico city airport. Even as a premier customer and a voucher the aeromexico premier was not willing to provide any food. Awful service.
