Solo SE SIRVE de los usuarios, falta de empata y soluciones como en el caso del vuelo 2326 Mty-Slp del 22 noviembre. 12 hrs de retraso y nadie absolutamente nadie puede dar soluciones. Falta de tripulación, mentiras y más mentiras. Capitanes y tripulación indiferentes nada ñroactivos. Prometen enviar al personal desde México y al llegar no quieren hacerlo.. Pésima aerolínea.
Aeromexico DOES NOT SERVE! It only SERVES the users, lack of equalization and solutions as in the case of flight 2326 Mty-Slp of November 22. 12 hours late and absolutely no one can give solutions. Lack of crew, lies and more lies. Indifferent captains and crew at all uninteresting. They promise to send the staff from Mexico and when they arrive they don't want to do it. Terrible airline.

En esta oficina uno puede comprar boletos, o pagar boletos reservados por internet, hacer cambios, u obtener información de los paquetes de viaje de Aeroméxico.
Un detalle que me agrada es que los costos de las comisiones están claramente desplegados.
The attention in this place is friendly. The place is small, but when I went I was attended to quickly. Sometimes parking is difficult.
In this office one can buy tickets, or pay for reserved tickets online, make changes, or obtain information on Aeroméxico travel packages.
One detail that I like is that the commission costs are clearly displayed.
