★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selected this company on our trip to PV. Right away, the driver wanted to stop at a liquor store, after we told him we wanted no stops to our hotel. After an argument, he finally left the parking lot and brought us to our hotel.
Not professional. Would not use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was quick and easy. I wanted to make a stop but one of the ladies mentioned that it's better to go to your hotel and walk to the Plaza. She was right. I will definitely book Aero Movil again. My drivers were Ricki and Victor. Amazing and very informative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a deceitful service. You make a reservation to have a car waiting for you to head to your destination, but instead you are making a reservation to stand In line waiting for a car to eventually arrive. For that matter, you might as well take a cab. There is nothing VIP about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a ride from PV marina to the airport, got email saying they didn't have a car. I then asked to cancel the request then and refund the money. That was on January 4th. Since then no refund has been given and they do not reply to the emails. The credit card was charged for service they could not provide but also want to keep the money. Had to file a claim through the bank. Disgraceful and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice to have a ride at the airport but it was quite a while from the reservation desk to leaving the airport. We had to wait in some car line for the driver to pay someone in a booth. I had already given him the fare and tip when I got in the car. I had booked a return trip to the airport. Tried to push back our pickup back to the airport 18 hours ahead of time, and they said they needed 24 hour notice to change an 11:30am pick up to 12:30pm. Why do you need 24 hour notice to change a 30 minute drive reservation? Next time I'll use Uber going to the airport.
