★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, hoy fui a pagar mi tarjeta de crédito y me dicen que no pueden hacer el cobro, que tienen problemas a partir de las 4 de la tarde, eran como 4:30 y el último día para pagar y voy de Chalco hasta Nezahualcóyotl para que pasara rápido el pago, me enviaron a pedir ayuda con un representante, y su ayuda fue "tiene que pagar en otro banco", si todos los demás bancos cierran a las 4, de verdad que se nota que los que trabajan ahí no les gusta su trabajo, ni siquiera se esfuerzan un poquito por resolver el problema o tranquilizar al cliente. Resultado me voy por la pésima calidad del servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único malo de l sucursal es la espera afuera de servicios administrativos. En el sol y los polis son groseros. Pero no es culpa del personal de Afirme. Las Sritas. Son atentas y amables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PARA NADA RECOMENDADO IR A ESA SUCURSAL. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. La gente que trabaja ahí solo está de pura vista porque no saben hacer nada, fui a renovar mi tarjeta de nomina y ni eso saben hacer, se supone que son ejecutivos y ni renovar una tarjeta saben hacer. No quiero imaginar los demás tramites.
FOR NOTHING RECOMMENDED GO TO THAT BRANCH. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The people who work there are just plain sight because they don't know how to do anything, I went to renew my payroll card and they don't even know how to do that, they are supposed to be executives and they don't even know how to renew a card. I do not want to imagine the other procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora para abrir una cuenta de débito piden ir a tu domicilio a tomar fotos, lo peor es que no van en el horario acordado, falta de seriedad. Requisitos de apertura no coinciden con los mencionados en portal del banco.
