★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estacionamiento es de Pericoapa donde te cobran $20 la hora y los ejecutivos no te dan información completa, son ineficientes, siempre difieren de lo que puedes hacer en sucursal cuando vía telefónica es lo contrario. En lo personal califico como un asco (-10) el servicio delos ejecutivos, lo demás está bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco de gobierno, por lo tanto es lógico que todo sea papeles y papeles, sus cuentas de ahorro básicas no aceptan transferencias bancarias desde su app. Para pedir un retiro de una cuenta en la que perdiste la tarjeta tienes que esperar 2 horas, te tienen que tomar las huellas otra vez y la credencial de elector si te la acaban de dar nunca te la van a aceptar porque no les coincide el folio con la anterior. Su servicio aparte es pésimo, vueltas y vueltas y hasta después de 2 horas te dan tu tarjeta de débito para hacer el retiro y te dicen en el cajero porque en la caja no será posible.

Excelente servicio por el personal ejecutivo. Me resolvieron y atendieron de inmediato. Mi permanecía fue de aproximadamente 30 minutos. Y resolvieron todas mis dudas.
