★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer me forme el la cola de la calle 30mts.despues me dieron el talón para qué me atendiera un asesor cuando faltaba un número para mí turno se saltaron y pregunté el motivo, se me contestaron que yo no era prioridad así que después de 2 horas y 45 mts se dignaron a pasar para mí atención.no tienen madre.
Yesterday I formed the 30m street queue, then they gave me the check for an advisor to attend me when I was missing a number for my shift they skipped and I asked the reason, they answered me that I was not a priority so after 2 hours and 45 meters they deigned to pass for my attention. They have no mother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se como es posible que esta sucursal siga operando sin que el corporativo de Citibanamex haga algo al respecto. Deberían de ser más claros en los requisitos para hacer tramites o para recoger tarjetas.
Si hay otras opciones, mejor guarden su dinero en otro banco
I do not know how it is possible that this branch continues to operate without the Citibanamex corporate doing something about it. They should be clearer in the requirements to do paperwork or to collect cards.
If there are other options, better keep your money in another bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me molestan con varias llamadas todos los días por rechazar un seguro. Procuraré no aceptar ni cuentas ni seguros ni afore con ustedes. Son unos acosadores. Banamex es pésimo.
I am annoyed with multiple calls every day for declining insurance. I will try not to accept accounts or insurance or afore with you. They are stalkers. Banamex is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El nivel de maltrato e incompetencia es muy alto, los empleados no tienen el conocimiento básico de finanzas o procesos, te inventan políticas internas que son imposibles de comprobar aunque estés pagando por el servicio, el gerente es el mas rudo y maltratador "ejecutivo" que he tenido la desdicha de toparme. Recomiendo acudir a la siguiente sucursal sobre miramontes a un lado del Chopo, ahí aunque sea resuelven.
The level of mistreatment and incompetence is very high, the employees do not have the basic knowledge of finances or processes, they invent internal policies that are impossible to verify even if you are paying for the service, the manager is the most rude and abusive "executive" that I have had the misfortune to run into. I recommend going to the next branch on Miramontes on one side of El Chopo, there even if it is resolved.
