★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los asesores ni siquiera están capacitados ,no ayudan con los trámites ,nomás te traen vuelta y vuelta por su ineptitud se avientan la bolita unos a otros y es el cuento de nunca acabar con esa institución son una bola de ineptos y los dueños unos rateros .Para nada la recomiendo ...??? Yo les daría - 20 estrellas
Terrible service, the advisors are not even trained, they do not help with the procedures, they just bring you back and forth due to their ineptitude, they throw the ball at each other and it is the story of never ending that institution, they are a ball of inept and the owners some Pickpockets. I don't recommend it at all ... ??? I would give them - 20 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrepentido de tener el Afore con ustedes estoy pensionado quiero un préstamo no lo dan y ninguna financiera tiene alianza con ustedes solo sirven para tener el dinero de uno pésimos en mala hora pase mi afore con ustedes. Voy a poner mi qeja a la Condusef qe engañan al cliente.
I regret having the Afore with you, I am a pensioner, I want a loan, they do not give it, and no finance company has an alliance with you, they only serve to have the money of a lousy person at a bad time, I passed my Afore with you. I am going to put my complaint to the Condusef that cheats the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan las líneas telefónicas, está fuera de servicio, las 2 líneas. Pasa más tiempo del requerido sin solución en los trámites de Afore te deben de dar el 10% no lo que ellos quieran.. pesimo servicio
They do not answer the telephone lines, it is out of service, the 2 lines. Spend more time than required without a solution in the Afore procedures, they should give you 10%, not what they want... terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima idea tuve en Diciembre de cambiarme de afore de Banamex a Azteca, eso si, agilizaron el tramite para que rapido les transfirieran el dinero, y me dijeron que con ellos no habia perdidas porque ellos reinvierten en los prestamos que otorgan con muy elevados intereses, Mayuscula SORPRESA me he llevado que en menos de 3 meses en lugar de aumentar por los rendimientos que normlmente recibia, ya me han quitado mas de 7,000 pesos, es un abuso o fraude como ustedes lo quieran llamar.
Ya hice el tramite para el cambio a otra afore y me lo han aceptado pero a su modo no han transferifo mis recursos a la afore nueva.
I had a terrible idea in December to change my Afore from Banamex to Azteca, yes, they streamlined the process so that the money could be transferred quickly, and they told me that with them there were no losses because they reinvest in the loans they grant with very high interest, Capital SURPRISE I have taken that in less than 3 months instead of increasing by the returns that I normally received, they have already taken more than 7,000 pesos from me, it is an abuse or fraud whatever you want to call it.
I have already done the process to change to another Afore and they have accepted it but in their own way they have not transferred my resources to the new Afore.
