★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención vine a hacer una corrección de datos para la pensión de mi papá desde enero, ya es mayo y todavía no lo pueden solucionar además de que si viene una persona de la tercera edad que ocupe asesoría no pertinen que la acompañe con el ejecutivo. Por ningún motivo me cambiaría a esta afore recomendaría más a Banorte o Banamex tienen mejor atención y te solucionan rápido todo.
Terrible attention I came to make a correction of data for my dad's pension since January, it is already May and they still cannot solve it, in addition to that if a senior citizen comes to take care of counseling, they do not need to accompany him with the executive. For no reason I would change to this afore I would recommend Banorte or Banamex more they have better attention and they solve everything quickly.
