H	Hilda García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen buen servicio, para empezar lleve a mi perrita a estética y yo la deje en buenas condiciones, cuando llegue por ella resulta que no estaba en el lugar donde yo la deje fueron por ella a no se donde, y mi perrita regreso con su ojito cerrado y muchas lagaña, cuando hable me pidieron que la llevara y cuando la iban a checar el médico acababa de agarrar a un perro que iba con la herida de la cirugía y sin lavarse las manos la pensaba agarrar, y cuando pedí que la viera 3l oftalmológo me dijeron que ellos la llevan y yo no puedo ir (entonces como se que si la está viendo un médico especialista) y aparte mi perrita trae la parte izquierda inflamada entonces no se si me la golpearon también y no es justo ya que es una perrita de 16 años y yo les comente que la tratarán bien pues porque a ella ya le duelen sus huesos, entonces fue la primera y última vez que llevamos a mi perrita a ese lugar. No lleven a sus perritos a ese lugar no tienen higiene ni sabes que les estarán haciendo. La estética nos dio un mal servicio ya que nos entregaron con un corte descuidado a nuestros perros. Optamos por solamente ir a vacunarlos ahí. Quizá una ventaja es que dan servicio nocturno. A	Ana Vega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, no he vuelto ahí, mi perrita de 3 meses tenía sarna que nunca supieron diagnosticar y después de meses de medicinas para cosas que ni ellos se ponían de acuerdo nunca me dieron un diagnostico, solo la llenaron de medicinas le hicieron disque raspados en su piel que me cobraron pero no me decían nada, antes no le hicieron más daño, querían que comprara una pastilla con un costo de $800 y que con eso iba a tener y cuando le preguntaba que qué tenía me decían "con la medicina va a responder", eso fue hace un año cambié de médico y en un mes ella se curó, ojala algún día hagan bien su trabajo mientras tanto no vuelvo. I give them the highest possible rating, especially after son-in-law Dr Francisco Herrera, after a year of study of Veterinary Cardiology in Argentina, returned to Mexico to run the family business. I find in them the ideal mixture of science and alternative therapies and patience, love and empathy for any pet, as if truly it was their own "mascota". How lucky am I, my 4 kitties, and indeed all of their furry patients, to have world-class veterinary care in our delightful part of Guadalajara(Zapopan), serving Colonias Las Fuentes, Arboledas, La Calma, etc......and, with 24/hr. emergency service !
