★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente la señorita que esta a cargo de la tienda, es grosera, no responde a las preguntas, las veces que he ido a pagar los planes empresariales que tenemos con ustedes nunca tiene servicio, se le llama por teléfono para preguntar si se puede generar el pago y bloquea las llamadas, anteriormente nunca tuvimos problemas con la atención al cliente hasta que llego ella.

OBVIAMENTE CANCELE Y ME DEJARON SIN SERVICIO. LLEVO 2 DÍAS SIN SERVICIO POR CULPA DE ESTOS MALOS EJECUTIVOS QUE NO TIENEN NOCIÓN DE LO QUE VENDEN Y PROMETEN COSAS QUE A LA MERA HORA NO PUEDEN DAR. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO TE METAS CON ESTA EMPRESA QUE NO CAPACITA A SUS EJECUTIVOS DE VENTAS. 0% JAMAS LO RECOMENDARÍA...
TERRIBLE SERVICE! THEY WERE TO "SELL ME" A PLAN AND AGREED ON A PRICE. LATER THEY MARK ME AND RAISE ME THE PRICE AND I ALSO HAD TO GIVE A DIFFERENCE FOR THE SAME TEAM. OBVIOUSLY CANCELED AND I WAS LEFT WITHOUT SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN 2 DAYS WITHOUT SERVICE BECAUSE OF THESE BAD EXECUTIVES WHO HAVE NO NOTION OF WHAT THEY SELL AND PROMISE THINGS THAT AT THE MEAT TIME THEY CANNOT GIVE. DEFINITELY DO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT TRAIN ITS SALES EXECUTIVES. 0% I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT ...
