Me iba a salir extremadamente caro y ahora el Sr Rojas me ha dado una fabulosa asesoría de cómo lidiar con un pago más barato y más fácil para mí. Le agradesco profundamente y también a esta empresa.
I was attended by Mr. Eric Rojas. I got very good advice from this company on how to arrange my shipment of my Apollo Twin MK2 interface that was sent to me from Japan. It was going to be extremely expensive for me and now Mr. Rojas has given me fabulous advice on how to deal with a cheaper and easier payment for me. I am deeply grateful to him and also to this company.

Eric Rojas me paso su teléfono para hacerle saber mi caso y jamas me atendió, me respondía los mensajes 3 días después y 10 min antes de que se terminará el horario de servicio y no volvía a contestar. Al final les mande mensaje diciendo que era muy mala la atención a mi parte. Jamas me volvieron a contestar. Pésimos y groseros.
I did have a bad experience. Eric Rojas gave me his phone number to let him know my case and he never answered me, he answered my messages 3 days later and 10 minutes before the end of the service hours and he did not answer again. In the end I sent them a message saying that the attention on my part was very bad. They never answered me again. Lousy and rude.

I sent an email to this agency and within minutes Mr. Erick Fernando Rojas answered me. He sent me his phone number and we were on the phone for 3 hours. I was looking for advice on importing a cockatoo from the USA to México. It requires and involve different mexican and american government agencies. He knows everything about it. For me, it's a piece of mind to count with someone so professional.
