Te dan muchos pretextos para dar infornes del seguimiento a las reparaciones, se pasan la bolita entre el taller y la aseguradora. Mi automóvil lleva mes y medio en reparación y aún no tengo fecha compromiso de entrega. Yo lo contraté con Santander y me asignaron por default con AIG. Pésimo servicio, he pasado muchas molestias. Servicio reprobado. Lo he reportado y escalado al corporativo y como si nada, no les interesan los clientes conformes. No vuelvo a renovar con ellos. No tienen convenio con todas las agencias de autos, muy mal evaluados, terminas pagando más que lo que te ahorras con una buena aseguradora. Avoid problems and do not hire this insurer. Tuve que meter demanda y claro que no sirvió nada, sus abogados las personas más groseras, en definitiva el peor seguro que se puedan encontrar. No lo recomiendo para nada, Compre un Seguro de viaje que cubria perdida de vuelos por cancelaciones, asistencia medica en el extranjero entre otras coberturas, definitivamente es una estafa, si quieren perder su dinero este es el lugar perfecto.....PESIMO SEGURO.
