La que información proporcionada por la señora que atiende en la recepción es pésima no informa del costo total de una reparación de los airbag. No puede ser que en un presupuesto diga pues más o menos le sale en $20,000.00. Que seriedad hay en un comentario tan vago?. Esto da a pie a qué al término de los trabajos me digan "finalmente los trabajos tuvieron un costo de e $35,000.00 por qué le tuvimos que poner un tornillo que no se consideró en la cotización inicial". Por cierto estuve en recepción más de media hora y NO había nadie quien atendiera, hasta que un muchacho fue a buscar a la señora que debía estar en su lugar de trabajo

No te dan cotización real, todo es estimado y "a ver si hay" lo que da a entender que no hay control sobre inventario y los precios son a como te vean o a como quieran, por que te pueden decir que van a costar x cantidad y a la mera hora MADRES te aumentaron bastante.
Me parece que fue Miguel quien trabajo mi vehículo y su atención fue muy buena, me explicó que fallas tenía mi auto y las corrigió en menos de 30 min, fue una reparación muy rápida y básica de los pretensores delanteros, pero quedaron bien.

They do not give you a real quote, everything is estimated and "let's see if there is" which implies that there is no control over inventory and prices are as they see you or as they want, because they can tell you that they will cost x amount and at the mere hour MOTHERS they raised you quite a bit.
It seems to me that it was Miguel who worked on my vehicle and his attention was very good, he explained to me what faults my car had and he corrected them in less than 30 minutes, it was a very quick and basic repair of the front pretensioners, but they turned out fine.
