El personal es muy amable y atento y el establecimiento es limpio y agradable.
I don't have much experience with Japanese food, so I can't give my opinion on whether it is good or not in this category. But overall, it was good (normal).
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and pleasant.

The place is cozy and quiet (just low volume background music).
