★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descuidada la zona en cuanto a higiene e iluminación, se ve como si fuese una zona insegura, a pesar de tener policías y diversos puntos donde se graba 24/7 lo que sucede la gente a veces siente que los vas siguiendo, o viceversa, deberían mejorar eso, fuera de eso, el lugar es accesible.
 The area is very neglected in terms of hygiene and lighting, it looks as if it were an unsafe area, despite having police and various points where what happens is recorded 24/7, people sometimes feel that you are following them, or vice versa, They should improve that, other than that the place is accessible.

I've never had a problem with the station, but yesterday (2/19/22) I added $10 to the machine and it didn't give me tickets (out of 2) the guard let me pass but I didn't get back fair, a person with a disability I was upstairs talking to him, and he ignored her, I told him I was talking to him, he told me - right now - he was doing absolutely nothing, he was just standing with some keys, walking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station itself is clean, but not the street level. You can enter from both sides of the street. There are vending machines on the wall opposite the entrances, there's one for the electronic pay card, and the other is per ride I believe. I got a card, but I thought it was supposed to have a value on it already, and if it did, the turnstile basically depleted the 20 peso value, so I had to add more and I used the other side of the station.
The trains are pretty frequent, not the most clean but will do. The system map is not too complicated since there's only 2 lines. In a way, this metro system is not too much of value for a tourist (although it is cheap per ride), since it doesn't go to many places a standard tourist would go to, unless you are staying at a hotel somewhere along the line. It is helpful to go to Parque Fundidora, however, you still have to navigate a few streets through dirtiness.
