Alamos Inn - 77533 Cancún

Outstanding place to stay proper chilled out and a relaxed vibe. hospitality is incredible, from all the people including the boss man himself Jean paul and Carlos is an amazing guy and any problems you have they are always there to sort it out. We stayed here for a total of 6 nights and it was worth every penny! cheap prices and its own complex with individual apartments there is a decent size pool and nice jacuzzi plus the food is good too, basically roayal flush of hotels, you have an individual and personal experience and a really cool chilling room with games and a massive TV free sun screen and bronzers and bug replant free of charge, plus free tea and coffee its that level of care to the smallest details that makes this place so special to stay! Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this here again! Big up JP and Big up Carlos. 10/10

Just stayed for one night after the airport before meeting friends. Everyone here is so nice, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the pool & jacuzzi area are relaxing and peaceful and everyone is friendly. Really laid back atmosphere, just wish I had stayed here before! Great for one person travelling alone too

The hotel is a small and quiet oasis and has a good connection to the airport, which was important for us. The rooms and the whole complex is super clean, the pool is great and you can really relax. As for the service and the staff and the owner, this hotel was really the best experience so far that we had in all the hotels in our trip in Mexiko. The staff is more than friendly, so warm and helpful. They really sweetened our stay and also supported and helped us with any problems. We can absolutely recommend the hotel and will be happy to come back.

Came to Cancun to have a blast and the Alamos Inn was recommended by someone well traveled... and what a suggestion its turned out to be ? This place really is about the people you meet the staff and guests have been an awesome bunch. Everyone has been so fun and friendly. We've met loads of new friends, had so much great chat and chill time it's been incredible. The staff really do make this place outstanding. Carlos is a top guy and is super fun, he really loves to do things properly, helps you in all "holiday problem" kind of ways. He is a proper lovely bloke and does everything with great vibes. JP the boss is awesome, always trying to make things as smooth as possible, always insistent on doing everything he can to help, taxis, immigration and locator forms the list goes on... he always has time for you, and tries to sort out anything he can, and has loads of great local advice. The whole compound is lovely and really relaxing, the staff are super personable and friendly. There's a supply of sun screen and misquote spray which is a really nice touch.

Excellent stay! A hidden gem in the heart of Cancun. Very clean, friendly and great during COVID because you avoid big crowds. Boutique, European style hotel with delicious food and all the amenities you need. Best place I have stayed in Cancun. Perfect for single travellers as well. Highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! If you want a small resort feel without the extra cost and don't mind being away from the beach, this place is perfect. Marvelous touches all the way. Amazing landscaping, incredible food, very comfortable. The best part is the people who work there. Every single one was very hospitable and helpful. Gem!!! My wife and I will be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. The on-site bar/restaurant is everything you need if you're just popping in for a quick night stay at the beginning or end of your trip. The owner greeted us when we arrived, helped with our baggage, was attentive and available throughout our stay, and went WAY out of his way to help us solve a problem with our ground transportation. Could not say enough good things about our experience here. We will absolutely be coming back.

We planned a trip to Cancun very last minute and did not want to stay at a big resort or in the Hotel Zone, but still wanted a place with amenities. So glad we found Alamos Inn! It is a relaxing, super clean, safe, beautiful property surrounded by plants with a pool, hot tub, food & drinks, bikes, and more. We had privacy but could mingle with other guests or staff if we wanted to. There are restaurants within walking distance and we rented a scooter to go to the beach and do activities further away. The staff really make this place exceptional. Carlos the manager, Hector the chef, and the owner Jean Paul were each very kind, personable, attentive and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We had friendly conversations with each of them as well. By the end of our 5 day trip we felt super comfortable like we lived there and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend if you are looking for a chill, peaceful stay in Cancun with top notch service and a friendly atmosphere.
