Would never use their services again, lest we get stranded in a foreign country. We booked their small group your to Chechen Itza. The driver and guide took us to the monument, and was supposed to meet the group at 1:45 pm. Then the guide Carlos Solis thought we might have left early, and left with the group earlier then 1:45 pm. We kept on. waiting. Their customer service person spoke little English, but eventually gave us Carlos' number, but Carlos wouldnt pick calls from us or the customer care. Finally we walked to the Mayaland resorts to find the group. Carlos was least apologetic and nonchalantly told us that we had 15 minutes to grab and finish lunch from the buffet. Being stranded in a foreign country was a horrifying experience, and I would recommend staying away from them.

My boyfriend and I did the Chichén Itzá private tour. We were picked up on time by our driver, Samuel Aburto. He was very friendly and shared a lot of knowledge about the area: the history of Yucatán and surrounding states, well-known and less well-known tourist attractions, etc. He gave a lot of advice as to how to make the most of our time in Mexico. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner. We appreciated his professionalism and he made us feel very welcome and comfortable!

This is my second year of booking an excursion through Grayline and once again I was not disappointed. My first tour I had the pleasure of having Mauricio, who made such an impression, I had to rebook with the company. I created my own tour with the help of Roberto, who was extremely helpful and professional! To my surprise the day of the tour Mauricio was our tour guide. He is beyond amazing! He is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and made our day trip memorable! He literally made sure he took us to the best places for our “instagram pictures” made sure we were hydrated, ate and understood the beauty and culture of Mexico. I can not wait to come back in 2020! My tour was 12/8/2019 and we are still talking about it! I can’t rave enough how much we loved Mauricio!!!

My friend and I went on a tour to Chichen Itza this past week. Our tour guide was Mauricio and our driver was Xool. We were very pleased. Mauricio was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Xool was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent small group by Mercedes Car and Mercedes Van tour of Chichen Itza and Cenote. The vehicles were comfortable, the driver safe and friendly, and the guide very knowledgable. We truly enjoyed the private entrance at Chichen Itza, small group tour (it felt private) and the fact that we did the Cenote first beforehand when it was almost empty. I highly recommend this tour.

Me and my wife booked there “limo service” in Cancun for our anniversary/birthday get away wanted to have a limo service to get from airport to resort and back used Expedia and did not receive a limo at all tried to contact the car service they have no contact that works in Mexico at all. Had our resort call them for us they couldn’t get ahold of the so even when leaving the resort we had to pay for extra transportation since the one we booked never showed and we paid almost 400 for a service we never got then we finally made it back to the states so we can contact Expedia to get our money back and the Expedia rep stated that the care service won’t give our money back so now this is about week 3 still no help from Expedia on Getting our money back from these thieves but we might have to take legal action because with no cooperation from greyline mayaland or any Expedia help we have no choice but to take actions as such please do not book with this company or Expedia because they are the company that authorize the business of company’s like this rip off Of a car service

Paid for a private luxury ride from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. Driver arrived in a Mercedes-Benz. Very clean. Good ride. They were at the airport with our name as promised. The only difficulty I had was calling the service when we originally couldn’t find our driver. They would not pick up. Everything about the ride and value was fine.
