Y el lugar donde está el fraccionamiento no es del todo seguro
Me refiero a la entrada

El área necesita mejorar en iluminación y seguridad (Vivo ahí y a los 3 días me robaron una bicicleta).
Lugar tranquilo y cuenta con todos los servicios básicos.
Cerca de rutas de transporte publico y con salida rápida por varios destinos (Zacatecas, Rioverde, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, etc.)
La empresa da a mucho a desear al entregar las casas asegúrese que le muestren todo y firme hasta que este seguro que todo funciona perfectamente, es un dolor de cabeza que QUID te responda rápidamente (tinacos y calentadores solares ya que hay varios faltantes).
Houses and apartments for small families, students or couples with one or without children.
The area needs to improve lighting and security (I live there and 3 days later a bicycle was stolen).
Quiet place and has all the basic services.
Close to public transport routes and with quick access to various destinations (Zacatecas, Rioverde, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, etc.)
The company leaves much to be desired when delivering the houses, make sure they show you everything and sign until you are sure that everything works perfectly, it is a headache that QUID responds quickly (water tanks and solar heaters since there are several missing).
