Not safe! My friend's belongings were stolen. The hotel wasn't even helpful.

I had the greatest Christmas Dinner with the owner and her friends she is best host ever, thank you so much Jacky definitely recommend this place for every occasion

NIGHTMARE IN TULUM - Don‘t go to this place!!! It is not safe. We got robbed for more than US$5000 after staying there for 3 weeks. We where sleeping when someone opened the window and took 2 MacBooks, a Canon EOS 80D and 3 Credit Cards. The place was easy to access and because of the remote place an easy target. No CCTV, no outdoor light during night, no protected walls, nothing!!! The owner was not helpful at all. She has no policy for thefts and all we got back from her was a week refund for our 4 week stay. She said it is not her problem. Unbelievable. We have video footage and we’ll make a documentary on YouTube about this. My girlfriend has a well known channel and we already talked with other Youtubers with more than 400.000 subscribers to make this public!! We have nothing left. They took everything while we wehre sleeping next door. I don’t want to image what would happen if we woke up and they killed us or they took our 2 year old daughter. AVOID THIS PLACE. The theft must be someone from this place because they just targeted us with our MacBooks and Camera - we never went outside with this items. Now we have to fight via AirBnB to get more money back (at least what we paid for the apartment). We tried to talk to the owner but now she is not available and don’t want to talk. DON‘T GO THERE IT IS NOT SAVE!

Do you want to be robbed? Then you are at the right place. We booked the apartment for 4 weeks, after 3 weeks we have been robbed in the middle of the night. We were stolen items worth more than 4000€. In addition, all credit cards. from a credit card 1300 € were deducted. The place is not secured. There is no alarm system, no cameras and no barbed wire on the outer wall. The hosts do not seem to care. They said and they have no insurance and can not do anything. I would like to imagine what could have happened if we woke up, maybe they would have killed us!! We have a little daughter and we are shocked by the indifference. After the robbery, our hostess (she lives in the house next door) suddenly disappears and is no longer accessible. We will spread this incident and so people are warned and don’t visit this place. IF YOUR LIFE AND YOUR ITEMS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU - THEN THIS PLACE IS A PLACE TO AVOID!!

It was a great stancy, Jackie is so nice and helpful, very clean! And we had everything we need inside of the department, comfortable and cute. Its a great place for relax and chill with ypur couple or friends!!

ATTENTION this place is NOT safe! The site and building is not secured against burglary! A family with a baby was robbed in the middle of the night. The Owner assumes no liability because he has no insurance. Stay away from this place if you love your life and belongings!!!

Bad Place - this is not a safe location. We got robbed in our room with our little kid. It is a remote place with no security at all. Owner has no burglary policy and don't care if her guests get robbed in the middle of the night. There is no security at the property (like CCTV, spotlights at night, movement detection, secure walls,etc...). It is the owners responsibility to provide a secure space for his guests. This owner does not take this responsibility and he dont care. He not even refunded our money for the time we staid there. Location looks nice but don´t get fooled. There is no security at all.

GREAT FOR BOTH LONG AND SHORT STAY I wish we knew about this place sooner. It has a lovely pool, pretty spacious and clean rooms. Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, mixer, coffee maker, AC and smart TV. It was peaceful and quiet there and we enjoyed it very much :) Great value for affordable price. I don’t understand the bad reviews here. When I’m back in Tulum, I’m staying there again ?
