★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La seguradora GNP mandó mi vehículo a este Taller para reparación. La atención por parte de Diego Alarcón y del personal de recepción es buena. Sin embargo, la reparación de pintura es malo, un servicio mal ejecutado y con manchas, partes del vehículo salpicadas. Retocaron mi vehículo en partes y zonas donde no había porque hacer repintado. Y lo peor de todo, dejaron mal la reparación de la suspensión, por suerte no pasó ningún accidente, ya que no ajustaron bien las piezas. Opté por repararlo por mi cuenta para no perder más tiempo sin usar mi vehículo. Deberían tener más atención en la supervisión de sus trabajadores.
 The GNP insurance company sent my vehicle to this Workshop for repair. The attention from Diego Alarcón and the reception staff is good. However, the paint repair is bad, poorly executed service and stained, splattered vehicle parts. They retouched my vehicle in parts and areas where there was no need to repaint. And worst of all, they left the suspension repair badly, luckily no accident happened, since they did not adjust the parts well. I chose to repair it on my own so as not to waste any more time without using my vehicle. They should have more attention in supervising their workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el momento solo entregue la unidad para repararse por siniestro sin embargo me sorprendió la buena atención y seguimiento electrónico de la reparación, espero que el seguimiento sea igual de proactivo y comunicado.
At the moment I only delivered the unit to be repaired due to an accident, however I was surprised by the good attention and electronic follow-up of the repair, I hope that the follow-up is just as proactive and communicated.
