The pizzas are good, the cocktails too, the ceviche I tried lacked flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed. The only bad thing was that in the drinks we asked for one thing and they brought us another, although we ordered it 3 times. They need to pay more attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA HORA tardaron en servirnos. La reservación era a las 9 pm eran las 10:05 cuando llegó la entrada, del plato fuerte mejor ni hablamos. En julio de 2021 pasó lo mismo. Quisimos darles una segunda oportunidad y volver (abril 2022), siguen igual.
It took ONE HOUR for us to be served. The reservation was at 9 pm, it was 10:05 when the appetizer arrived, we didn't even talk about the main course. In July 2021 the same thing happened. We wanted to give them a second chance and come back (April 2022), they are still the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante tipo italiano dentro del hotel Sheraton Bugambilia Resort. Tiene excelentes platos fuertes, entradas, bebidas y postres. La atención por parte del personal es excelente y tiene música en vivo.
Italian-style restaurant inside the Sheraton Bugambilia Resort hotel. It has excellent main courses, entrees, drinks and desserts. The attention from the staff is excellent and it has live music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a regular guest with the Sheraton. Today the service in the Alfresco Trattoria, was just terrible.
Had to wait long time for everything. We asked for a Manager, and just got a server.
Supervisor came to our table, and offered a free dessert.
