Es un lugar súper lindo y agradable para pasar tiempo en la familia y amigos. Las cabañas son super cómodas, limpias y equipadas, puedes disfrutar el de la piscina. Altamente recomendable

Es un lugar acogedor, las cabañas son hermosas, muy cómodas y tienen de todo. Nosotros hicimos un asado en la alberquita, muy a gusto. Esta un poco retirado del centro, pero por ahí hay muchos hoteles y restaurantes, justo a un costado hay un super por si quieren comprar algo. Sin duda volveré a quedarme ahí.

Just amazing, the place is great and the attention and comfort simply from another world, I will comeback for sure and give a total recomendation. The manager was great and always giving you the best of the best to make you feel comfortable.

My 7 year old daughter and I spend the weekend at the villas. She had so much at the pool and riding around with the bikes, that are also available for rent. Everything was near by, even a small grocery store right next to the property. We loved the eco-chic environment, from the wooden cabins to all the beautiful vegetation surrounding the place.

Beautiful place to stay when visiting Tulum. All the appliances and air conditioning work great. There are cats that live on the property which makes everything better. The private pool is very clean and great to jump into after a long day of exploring. Next door is a convenience store that has beer and snacks. It's easy to walk there quickly and refill water. The landlord was very kind and explained everything about the place.

It was an excellent stay at Alicat villas. The villa is full of natural beauty . I liked it a lot. The room was very spacious and it has one of the best bed to sleep. People in this villa are very sweet and attentive. I specially liked Jaredth's welcome and she was always there for any help.

The place is a little gem hidden in the busy Tulum streets. It’s quiet, the room is very big, it has everything you need inside! Each room Ba sits private balcony. Our kids slept in the mezzanine and loved to have their own little area. The beds are super comfortable (and I’m a difficult one!). The pool is a big bonus as Tulum is very hot and only beaches. Better to rent a car and move around with the car. Private parking available for free. There is absolutely everything next door: amazing breakfast places, beautiful trendy restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. The owner, Ali, is amazing. He’s friendly and really care about his guests. He gave us the best tips about Tulum, without him it wouldn’t have been the same. We even had a dinner together with him and the family! You can even rent the whole place and privatise it if you are a big group, price is super affordable for the quality! Next time in Tulum I will return at Alicat villas! Thank you Ali!!
