All Riviera Resort - 77710 Playa del Carmen

I HAD AN OCEAN VIEW. THE HOTEL WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OF THE ONES IN THAT AREA THAT I SAW THAT STILL GAVE ME THE OPTION OF A KING SIZE BED AND A DIRECT FRONT SEA VIEW. THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF US. NO COMPLAINTS. ONLY GRADITUDE. MY VIEW WAS EXCELLENT. THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU.

Really regret booking this place. Fair warning there are no elevators so not accessibly friendly. There are no lights outside and the sign to the hotel is not lit up so at night you're walking down a dark alley type street trying to locate the place. Also I said walk because there are no cars allowed on the streets parallel to the hotel. The fridge was rusted out on the inside and the front desk tried to charge me $159 for my room even though I showed a confirmation email from Booking.com showing I reserved the room for $49. Front desk person hardly spoke any english and it looks like some of the guests live here year round. Would not come again.

Friendly, Attentive Hotel Beach Staff. Willie is bilingual and the superstar. Co workers are great too. Worth paying 100 pesos (or what you negotiate)and reserve lawn chairs out front on their beach front for the day. If you are not a rude moron, they allow you to run a tab for food and beverages (pay at the end of the same day is the stipulation. Safe and sensible so you dont need to bring cash down to beach or run back and forth to your room.

Best prices for the location. Cool hotel. It’s small, great customer service, location it’s everything. This hotel needs some reparations tho. Good AC. They have the lowest tour prices for Cenotes, pyramid, and more. They are doing a great job with Covid guidelines. I recommend this place.

Our family of 6 was able to stay together in one suite -- 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, and tons of space! Fridge, table/chairs and a sitting area. A great place for the price and right by the beach. It's more of a local hotel, so don't expect the Marriott, but definitely worth staying.

The location is prime and the view is really nice! The interior design of the hotel is actually pretty cute, just dated and not maintained. Sweeping the staircase would go a long way. Pool is not clean. The sheets aren’t fitted around the bed, the mattress and pillows are super uncomfortable, and the towels are skimpy too.

Our stay here was horrible, the room we first stayed at was so dirty, the mirrors were dirty looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, it had bugs in the sink and it smelled very bad. After the 2nd day the toilet was not working it was not flushing they came twice to “check it" and would just add liquid and say it was good but it still continued being bad, they just kept saying that we probably flushed toilet paper and that's why it was not working but we don't flush toilet paper down and the problem here looked like there wasn't much force when you would flush it. Finally they switched us to another room basically downgraded us because our new room had 2 small beds instead of a king that we had originally paid for. This room was cleaner . There are no elevators! There is no parking at this hotel, we struggled a lot to find a parking place close so we had to do a lot of walking and pay extra for a parking place since we had rented a car. At the end they wanted us to pay an extra "city fee" I left without paying more because of all the problems we had!

We booked 10 nights and stayed one. This hotel could be great. It's right on the beach. It's really run down and dirty though. With some paint cleaning and maintenance it could be great. There are literally holes in the walls, paint falling and garbage. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The towels feel like sandpaper. Great location and the staff was wonderful.
