★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy informales y malhechos. Solicitamos la instalación de una ventanita de ventila, nada del otro mundo. En el recibo anotaron claramente que la colocarían un lunes (lo muestro en la imagen), pero llegaron hasta el jueves. Y ya colocada, notamos que la ventanita estaba toda mal cortada, muy chueca, por lo que al tratar de cerrarla o abrirla, bailoteaba. Eviten contratar los servicios de Alumart, a menos que quieran un mal servicio y un trabajo con acabados tercermundistas.
Very informal and evildoers. We request the installation of a vent window, nothing from the other world. On the receipt they clearly noted that they would place it on a Monday (I show it in the picture), but they arrived until Thursday. And already placed, we noticed that the window was all badly cut, very crooked, so when trying to close it or open it, I danced. Avoid hiring Alumart services, unless you want bad service and a job with third world finishes.

Se tardaron mucho para terminar las 2 puertas de cristal templado que pedí, que por cierto me trajeron de dos colores diferentes y lo peor fue que se rompieron los cristales al mes de haberse instalado y obviamente no se hicieron responsables !!!
I definitely do NOT recommend this company !!! It took a long time to finish the 2 tempered glass doors that I asked for, which by the way they brought me in two different colors and the worst thing was that the glass broke a month after they were installed and obviously they were not responsible!

Cuando tuve problemas en como corría mi ventana , los llame y acudieron al arreglo . Buen seguimiento .

It is good to find a place where they provide you with real and complete information to be able to choose between all the options today. Good service, reasonable delivery time, friendly and clean staff in your facility. When I had problems with how my window ran, I called them and they went to the fix. Good follow up.
