Vinieron a darme el presupuesto y despues necesite hacerle unas preguntas ya que NO responden si rompen una tuberia al hacer el trabajo. 3 Dias que le pedi que se comunicaran conmigo, la Sra se la paso diciendo que le iba a decir, mientras el agua seguia metiendose, le hable por 4 ocasion, y volvio a contestarme que les iba a decir que se comunicaran, ya le dije yo que si no querian mi trabajo que me dijeran y la sra me contesto que estaban llenos de trabajo que no le importaba y que me buscara a otra persona, asi que si tienen una EMERGENCIA, no cuenten con ellos. Desconozco su trabajo porque NUNCA lo hicieron. Mr. and his son Very kind, NOT so I suppose is his wife who answers rudely. (makes her a secretary). They came to give me the budget and then I need to ask you some questions since they DO NOT answer if they break a pipe while doing the work. 3 days that I asked him to communicate with me, the Mrs. kept telling him what he was going to say, while the water continued to get in, I spoke to him for 4 occasions, and he answered again that he was going to tell them to communicate, I already told him I said that if they didn't want my job, they would tell me and the lady told me that they were full of work that she didn't care about and that she would look for another person for me, so if you have an EMERGENCY, don't count on them. I don't know their work because they NEVER did it.
