The experience is just as great as the food. It's a South American Brazilian type steakhouse with a local Mayan vibe. 8pm is probably the best time to get here to catch the show. You'll get all the meat, seafood, etc expected and more. Awesome music as well with a Mayan mix, great vibes. Raul and Daniel were great hosts and the experience was 5 star service all around.

This place was hands down one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had. The price is worth it because the staff are amazing, entertaining and very friendly. The food is absolutely amazing and the drinks are some of the best we’ve ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a full experience so be ready to record and have fun!!!

Remarkable, exquisite, inspirational. This not only the best restaurant experience in Tulum - it’s one of the best in the world. Ambiance and atmosphere of a cool jungle retreat are complimented by great food. Service is outstanding (shout out to Ezekiel) and everyone makes you feel just the right amount of “center of attention”. You don’t want to miss this place!

Amazing atmosphere, great and complete experience with entertainment, food and drinks. A brand new place in Tulum and the visit is worth. I’ll give a shout to Arturo from Venezuela - bartender: very kind, always checking if I was ok, provided me information about the area. Staff brilliant.

I am a foodie who loves checking out new restaurants and I have to say that Amazónica is one of the best culinary masterpieces I have ever experienced!! The server's took care of us as though they were serving royalty... the food was exceptionally exquisite too, truly fit for kings & queens!! There were sooo many delicious dishes to choose from that I couldn't even get around to trying them all (sadly), I'll just have to go back:) The atmosphere was lively, yet intimate, and the architecture is a work of art. The owner/creator of Amazónica Facundo introduced himself to us when we arrived and later wished us well as we were leaving, all the while caring enough to remember our names!! I honestly can't say enough about how great this place is? For the best food in Tulum and a culinary experience you won't forget look no further my friend's, I promise you won't be disappointed!!! PS. Don't shy away from trying the Mayan ants, they are surprisingly delicious? (the bowl with the leaf in the 3rd photo;) PPS. sorry my photos are soo dark and poor quality...

AMAZING experience, food, vibe! Looks like an Amazonian jungle palace. Chef Vairzintlo Delgado impresses above and beyond. Voluptuous mezze spread complete with tuna and hamachi crudos, big fresh shrimp, lobster salad, delicious fruits. We had the maximum course prix fixe- had generous bone marrow, lobster tail, lamb skewers, filet, We came early and had the restaurant to ourselves! The highlight was the coffee encrusted dry aged steak. They nailed it and made it sail into the sky. The one I didn’t like was the filet, only because it had Parmesan sprinkled on top. Another highlight were the lamb skewers and shrimp. And then…. Finish the night with an impressive flaming baileys dessert drink!!

Besides the food being absolutely delicious, everything is a visual experience, all is turned into a show.. From the restaurant architecture & decoration, to the live music DJ to the way they serve your meals drinks deserts with flames and crazy decorations, it is a whole different experience... you eat with all your senses !!.. There are short shows throughout the night, dance, fire, exotic amazonian vibe, and no limits on what you eat from the buffet so you actually feel like you're on an emperors feast ! You can see they put a lot of attention to detail and this really marks a difference from other regular high-end restaurants in tulum So i've visited twice in the duration of my stay and do recommend to whoever goes to tulum Just make sure you book in advance as they were full both times

Overall we had a great experience, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was amazing. The food was good... just the way you might imagine a Brazilian style steakhouse to be. 4 stars because the reality is that there just aren't that many choices when it comes to protein. We never saw three of the menu items after sitting there for over an hour. Maybe there are still kinks in the motion after only being operational for three months.
