This place is an incredible oasis in the jungle!! I can’t recommend it enough! The setting, the rooms, the breakfast and the hospitality of the staff! Muhammad is a magician and seems to be everywhere all at once. His level of care and attention to detail was beyond any I’ve ever witnessed. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet, luxurious getaway then this is it. Only thing is you may want to rent a car. The taxis here are extortionate!

Amazing place. Brand new, clean, super stylish, and such a great vibes. The staff here are amazing - Mohammad the manager and Alberto the bartender are super friendly and great hosts. It’s a quiet place in the jungle but only 20 min away with bike to the beach (the beach area is super crowded). The WiFi is super fast so whoever travel while working with his computer - this place is perfect.

Super new hotel in a new street. Very nice design, cool rooftop pool and nice staff! We were lucky enough to enjoy an open bar every night - not sure if they will keep this or just had it around the opening. I would go back any time! (Only down side is the distance from the city and the beach - this may change with the city spreading though)

Booked this Airbnb for family vaction, beautiful property but; ** Bring your on bathing towels!! ** *** Extra charge for soiled bed linens, ie makeup and normal usage $5.00 per soiled linen. 1) pool needs cleaning regularly. 2) pool lounge chairs broken and missing the padding. 3) Air conditioning not work in a couple of the rooms. 4) Can't flush toilet tissue in the toilet, you have must dispose toilet tissue in wicker basket next to the toilet. 5) The kitchen was generally messy and not organize, low amenities!

Beautifully designed in a quiet forest location. The staff are super kind and charming. They were available at all our times to answer questions and help with our requests. They even allowed us to check out late as we had a late evening flight which made our whole experience so much nicer. The pools were all immaculate and lovely and the general atmosphere very calm and restful - just what we needed at the end of our trip to Mexico. We were welcomed with a delicious fruit drink. There was no fridge or coffee machines/ kettles or TVs in the room but I think this is more to do with the relaxing ambience the hotel is trying to create and we had no issues with this. Getting to the beach is about a 25 min drive as you have to drive through the tulum town to get to the beach area. The road is a dirt track part of the way but is clearly signposted and not too tricky to navigate even with our small car. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and could definitely be improved and some bottled water in the rooms on arrival would be nice. Their credit card machine was not working during our stay which made it very difficult for us to pay and we spent a lot of time trying to work out a method to pay. The eventual payment method meant multiple exchange rates leading us to pay about a 1000 mexican pesos more than we expected. Overall, a beautifully designed and situated hotel with lovely kind staff that would benefit from a few small improvements to earn more 5 star reviews.

This hotel honestly and truly became home for the entirety of my stay; I felt safe, comfortable, and mesmerized by its beauty. Not only did the staff and management (Mohamed & Mariano) go above and beyond for us, but they were so kind, gracious and well organized throughout all of the days we were there. My friend and I even encountered an issue with the police and Mariano was kind enough to help use get out of our mess; world class service. Mohamed always made sure we were taken care of and was available at all hours to help. The hotel itself is a dream; I wish I could live there year-round. Breakfast is included which is not some skimpy meal; there are multiple items brought out to you and you are left feeling extremely satisfied. I cannot say enough great things about this place and any guest I can assure will have a stay that exceeds their expectations. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel owner and staff had been extremely helpful to us. We were robbed in Bacalar and arrived one day earlier, and the owner was very flexible with our time, helped us contact the police and take care of our feelings. They offered us both help and amazing food. The design of the hotel is very special, right next to the jungle. We really love this place and wish to come back again!

DON’T SEND CASH!!! This place will take it and run. After numerous attempts to receive our deposit back, we have been ignored and left on read and now blocked on Instagram. We have a written contract stating that our deposit is fully refundable due to COVID restrictions, and they don’t want to honour it. Even though they made the contract. They originally fought us in November and say that our reasoning wasn’t enough, to end the conversation saying that “it’s too far away contact us closer to”… to only be ignored now. I’m sure if I had the opportunity to make it there, it would have been a great stay as they were incredibly accommodating prior to requesting a refund. Unfortunately this was for our wedding and we are out thousands because they don’t want to follow the contract. Really disappointing.
