★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff id friendly and respectful, rooms are clean and big enough. Sergio the barman is really friendly and attentive, bikes available to ride at the village or beach. The only negative point i will say is the breakfast as the coffee is not the best and a part the fruit plate served is there nothing more relevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful, wonderful place! A home away from home, with thoughtful and kind personnel, a pool that is to die for, very very comfortable and luxurious beds, and a nice smelling shampoo to boost ;-) we had three days there, couldn’t get enough of the delicious burritos in the restaurant downstairs, and would come back in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was such a vibe for the price you pay. We got the room with the “private pool” the only reason it wasn’t considered private was bc the rooms above you can see over but we got lucky because we didn’t have any guests staying in the rooms above. One thing I will say thought is the breakfast definitely needs an upgrade . The staff was super super amazing though but they don’t speak English so you have to google translate the whole time which is actually kind of interesting in my opinion. The downsides: the shower doesn’t get hot ,the street isn’t too safe so beware! Overall though it was a great experince and very Instagram worthy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was floored that this hotel was so cheap for how absolutely beautiful it is and for how much is included! It's really worth it, only about a 20 minute bike ride from the beach which they provide for you for free! The free breakfast is great, the staff is so nice, and the pool and rooftop are amazing! We also loved that this was an easy trip to the beach but also right in the middle of the pueblo, so you can walk around to a lot of great places a few blocks away (really great restaurants and cute outdoor cafes) and also easily get to the more upscale places on the water. Seriously nice location! Incredible aesthetics and helpful staff! The rooms really are unbelievable. Book it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had planned to arrive Dec 30th. However, due to my child having Covid, I requested to reschedule the trip. They would not provide a refund or allow me to reschedule despite the proof of the positive test submitted. If traveling during the pandemic, I wouldn’t risk staying here as no refunds are provided if you have to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, including a positive diagnosis of COVID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place that could be way more expensive. Personnel was extremely handy with even the smallest problems we could have and they know the area well (ask them for recommendations). There are bikes for rental. The pool is of stunning design and kept very clean. The place is quiet with a delicious restaurant (el burrito) specializing on burritos.
Room service was also perfect. All in all the perfect stay!! The place to go in Tulum?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with our stay. The bar area music is just too loud too much of the time. You don’t need blaring music with your breakfast at 8.00am. Also very poor sound proofing between the rooms and management wasn’t concerned with loud guests keeping others awake even after 11pm.
Room decor is an odd choice, all black and minimal lighting means seeing is difficult in the room. Plus during our stay there were two power cuts resulting in no running water or aircon on two separate occasions. The outside bath is always in the shade and wasn’t very clean so we didn’t use it.
Good things are the easy bicycle rental on site, nice breakfast and comfortable bed.
However overall won’t be staying here again.
