★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pidió un servicio de traslado programado un día antes y no se realizó. Cuando llamé para preguntar, el coordinador de la empresa, así se hizo llamar, dijo que no tenía nada programado y no hizo nada para solucionar el problema. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
A scheduled transfer service was requested one day in advance and did not take place. When I called to ask, the coordinator of the company, who called himself, said that he had nothing programmed and did nothing to solve the problem. Terrible customer service.
