NO CONTRATEN, pedí una ambulancia el 27 de mayo para llevar a mi mamá. Tardaron 45 minutos en llegar y los paramédicos PÉSIMOS. Y siguen teniendo el descaro de llamar para ofrecerme el servicio de una forma sumamente insistente (llaman más de 3 veces al día).
DO NOT HIRING, I asked for an ambulance on May 27 to take my mother. It took 45 minutes to get there and the paramedics were AWFUL. And they still have the nerve to call to offer me the service in an extremely insistent way (they call more than 3 times a day).

El 25 de Febrero del 2022.se les habló para una urgencia y lo primero que Dijeron es.. Por que no van a su clínica a urgencias para ser atendidos y no tardaron ni un minuto y se retiraron y estuvieron 40 minutos a una cuadra y solo para hacer tiempo y decir a si trabajaron..

¡Pésimo servicio! La ambulancia nunca llegó cuando se solicitó. Pusieron excusas y nunca llegó la ambulancia a atender a persona de la 3a edad. Contesto la srta. Fernanda Acosta y muy grosera.

Pésimo servicio, NO HAGAN TRATOS CON ELLOS, hay mejores opciones. Estando enferma de bronquitis en época de pandemia, les marqué a sus oficinas en San Pedro GG NL, para pedirles que me dieran de baja del servicio y pedirles que fuera todo virtual debido a que me encontraba muy mal de salud (bronquitis). No obstante esta explicación, me hicieron ir a la sucursal y la enfermera y la recepcionista se portaron muy groseras conmigo y no me dejaron entrar a realizar mi trámite. Tuve que improvisar y el taxista que me llevó, bajó para realizar mi trámite en la sucursal; después de un gran tiempo de espera, regresa el taxista y me dice que para liquidar la deuda, debo hacer una transferencia... Eso es lo que les pedía a las señoras del teléfono y de la recepción, poder hacer mi trámite virtualmente. Después de esta situación, mi salud empeoró y esto pude evitarse, si las personas tuvieran un criterio más amplio y decidiera LA EMPRESA verdaderamente ver por LA SALUD de las personas.

Anterior a la pandemia, había consultado ocasionalmente y no habia tenido problemas ni me habian tratado de manera grosera. El día 25 en la mañana presnete sintomas similares al Covid, por lo que no me pasaron a consulta y solo me dieron medicamento preventivo. Me pedían realizarme, por mi cuenta, la prueba PCR. Días después me realicé la prueba en un Drive thru, pero me dijeron que esa prueba no es válida. Por fin me hice la prueba en un laboratorio (no tenía suficiente $$$ para realizarla en su momento). Por fin hoy me pudieron consultar, pero la dra. Hernandez, una chaparrita, me trató de muy mala gana. Antes de pasar a consulta, una señora la confrontó en el estacionamiento. Pero eso la escuda de tratar mal a sus pacientes, ya que anteriormente ya había consultado con ella y todo bien.

Mugrero de servicio, todos son unos groseros que ni su trabajo saben hacer imprimen la receta con la firma y así no la aceptan en las farmacias vuelves a que la reimpriman y firmen y por huevones le firma alado el doctor.... y así tampoco la aceptan... quieres llamar a quejarte y resulta que en ningún número es posible te pasan de un número a otro y ya a la 3ra o 4ta que te dan una extensión no contestan... mugreroo
They're all rude people who don't even know how to do their jobs, they print the prescription with the signature and so they don't accept it at the pharmacies, you go back to have it reprinted and signed and the doctor signs it for you assholes.... and that's not the case either They accept it... you want to call to complain and it turns out that at no number is it possible to go from one number to another and after the 3rd or 4th they give you an extension they don't answer... filth

Mi experiencia en EMME por segunda vez mal atendida por los médicos no piensan que los clientes pagan su salario y les vale el juramento de ayudar a otros. No les interesa si puedes tomar o no el medicamento que te dan, si soy alérgica etc etc no gasten su dinero en esa empresa. NO los Recomiendo son insensibles al dolor de las personas que los contrato y familiares la estrella fue obligatoria para poder opinar pues no le daria ninguna. Pésimo servicio
