IT IS NOT DISPLAYED ON THE INTERNET WEB THAT SPECIALIST SURGEONS IN AESTHETIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY HAVE THEIR PAGE WITH THEIR CURRICULUMS RESPECTIVE TO THE WHOLE PUBLIC AND THEIR EXPERIENCES OF THE BEST EXPONENTS OF THE AMCPER ASSOCIATION AND WHO HAVE BEEN ALL OF THEM ITS CREATION, AND IN THE HOSPITALS THAT ARE SO MUCH OF FIRST ORDERS IN GOVERNMENT DEPENDENCIES ..... Hello I have left comments and ignore the lawyer Cesar Arturo Mejia Soto who brings the professional identity of Dr. Ivan Silva Arellano I think that these frauds are not worth it and the doctor lend to these frauds I hope and do something I do not know if the health sector is aware of this and keep working as if nothing

I am writing to you regarding Dr. Jose Antonio Perez, Hernandez who has an office and practice in Tijuana, Mexico. Also, Dr. Carlos Soria, who is the one that recommended this man to me as a person I could “trust”.
Stay away from this man!! I contracted him to do a Blepharoplasty, upper and lower, and he ruined me and LEFT ME SCARRED FOR LIFE. (please see attached photos and you will see the amateurish incisions and the scars) He is supposed to be a board certified surgeon but he is an amateur posing as a real doctor. He is giving plastic surgery in Mexico a bad name. He also refuses to stand behind his work. I am now going to have to have a revision done which is going to cost twice as much as the original money I paid him which he refused to refund. I trusted him only because he was referred and recommended by Dr. Carlos Soria, a well-respected figure in TJ. I will never let “Dr.” Perez him touch me again and if you are considering sending anyone to him my recommendation is to run away as fast as you can. I intend on spreading the word as far and wide as I can to see to it that people are warned will not have to go through what I did.
