After buying a main cabin ticket, not economy, (wanted it transferable). Went to change the date and location, due to my son being a Over The Road truck driver. My $244.09 ticket was going to waste, new charges, ( because "fees apply") would cost me an additional $267.00 and my $244.09 they are keeping. After talking on the phone with a nice lady reading the company scripts, no help. Stating that it said fee is $200.00, ( not stated when high lighted). Gave me her supervisor, who explained to me It will cost more to transfer than to just a buy a new ticket. Did not say, but meant, My $244.09 is now theirs.
Do Not Use this airlines you will pay and never know it. Stay Away!!!
