★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gran trabajo dure 10 meses en una fábrica llamada maera, después fui ascendido a la planta pero luego me lastime por la culpa de un compañero me dió un esguince grado° 1 después dure 4 días lastimado así me dejaron trabajar ... Después ví que mi pago no estaba completo y fue por qué te quitan los incentivos y solo por eso ya estás en la boca de todos y te están despidiendo por esos motivos ... Me despidieron por según faltar una vez cuando la ley lo dice por 3 días en un mes ... Además no te apoyan cuando tienes problemas ... Tuve compañeros que me traban muy mal y nunca les hicieron algo y todo me culpaban a mi cuando yo hacía mejor el trabajo pero no me creyeron no les conviene son muy groseros sin duda alguna me despidieron por mi lesión ...

I was fired for missing one time when the law says it for 3 days in a month ... Besides, they don't support you when you have problems ... I had colleagues who hold me very badly and never did anything to them and they all blamed me when I did a better job but they didn't believe me, it doesn't suit them, they are very rude without a doubt I was fired for my injury ...

No sé cuál sea el problema, anteriormente se trabajaba muy bien en esa área y ahora ya la mayoría de los que vamos a cargar ahí pues, sabemos que estando esta persona en facturas va para largo.
