★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family is here in Playa now and we used American Transfers to pick us up at the airport, they were there waiting with a sign, very friendly , offered refreshments and drove safe. We have used American Transfers 3 or 4 more times since being in Playa for tours or activities and they are always on time with the same great service. We will be using them with our future vacations as well. They have excellent service. The driver even stopped at a grocery store for me and waited while I went in to get a few items. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a team of people at all the ports and terminals. Instructions were very clear and they dressed professionally. Cheaper than a taxi and you feel safe and comfortable. They responded to every text or email. Communication always makes you feel comfortable.

After a long day of flying, we arrived to the airport and were immediately escorted to our van, where the two drivers chatted amicably with us and quickly loaded up our luggage! The van was very clean, very well taken care of! Transportation was very easily taken care of, and very quick!
