J	JG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los cursos tardan más de dos meses en comenzar pero te piden de manera anticipada el costo de la inscripción. Algunas veces llamas a sus números y te manda directo a buzón. Te ofertan algún curso de tu interés con precios y horarios súper accesibles y al final te dicen que se equivocaron de información y te elevan el precio del curso y te dan opciones de horarios que nada que ver. No se contactan contigo para decirte en qué día exactamente comienza tu curso, sólo te empiezan a mandar mensajes de que pagues tu mensualidad o habrá cargos extras por atraso. El trato de las recepcionistas es bueno, pero la administración es lo peor que he conocido en cuanto a escuela de idiomas. Elijan bien. Terrible service. Muy mala experiencia, se ofrecieron clases en un plantel y quedaron en avisar cuando se abriera el curso y a pesar de que ya hay clases nadie me resuelve sobre el traslado según ellos y tampoco me reembolsan el dinero de la inscripción y además se burlan de mi por que pido me regresen e dinero si no me van a dar el servicio.
