We originally wanted to go with another company for a snorkel tour, but they didn’t show. So we had to scramble. They tried to say $100 per person, then $80. Then we finally paid $55. Someone else on the same tour paid $40. So just know that before you go. It was 4 hour snorkeling that stopped at 3 spots (they said 4 but it was really 3). They have beers, water, juice, and tequila shots. We had three beers each. We felt no pressure to tip, like the others said, but we did. The guides we had were awesome. They showed us a bunch of stuff. We spent quite a bit of time in the water. I would do it again!! At the end, you can go to the ferry or to their day club for free. The taxi back to the ferry from the day club is also free. However, the day club was pretty dead :/ we were there two hours, so it wasn’t bad. But you cannot leave the day club until 6pm, otherwise you have to pay for your own taxi. If not for paying $15 more per person that other people paid, or for the day club being a wash, the actual tour part was 5 stars.

Very dissatisfied. We bought 3 snorkeling sites for 45 min each and got 2 for not even 15 min each. Both spots were by the shore, places we could’ve found ourselves easily. A tourist trap.

If you are a sailor who enjoys long cruises on small boats this is a trip just for you. you will board very mall boat, into water is sprayed throughout the whole trip. After an hour and a half long sightseeing cruise where you are strugle with another 10 people, you will spend about 15 minutes of snorkeling at very deep reef and 15 minutes on the shalow watter where you can se some starfishes. Then you will end on a sandy beach where you can have beer and tequila in the water for 20 minutes. After that you board the ,,ship’s’ and sail back to the port for another hour and a half. After that, the guide told you that for a few photos, which he will send to Whatsup, he asks for another 800 pesos, and at the end of the trip he will ask for a tip for him and the captain. if you want to spend a nice day on cozumel you will definitely avoid this trip

Really good tour! We came to Cozumel for 2 nights and after doing the tour, we would definitely recommend it. Carlos was a very good guide, really friendly and we got to see some cool sea animals!

My family and I enjoy the tour with Eduardo the driver, Eduardo the photographer, and Rodrigo was our guide. They did a very good job, we got to know the most beautiful waters in Cozumel. However, we cant wait to do it again, good job guys.

Basic snorkeling but nothing very special. Boat was small and water splashed all the way, ended up totally wet - good thing it's hot weather there! Told us that we will be seeing and swimming around many turtles, but that was a total lie - turtles do not live in that area. Everybody were supposed to get 2 bottles of beers, but we got just 1. Payed for photos they made under water but the quality was terrible. At the end they're forcing to tip and that is not cool at all. All in all, we had good time 'cause it was a vacay for us anyway.

Kinda SCAM. Ticket for the ferry to cozumel was for 2 people 500 pesos with return. Then additional the „big tour“ wich was with promotion 110 USD for 2 people. They promised us a 4 hours tour with 3 places to see with snorkeling of 35 minutes of these 3 spots. They said Cocktails and all Drinks are included, also with Tequila shots etc. But actually it was only 2 hours in total and only once choose of water, beer or fanta. We stopped just 2 spots and we could‘nt see many corals and things, it was dead. We could choose if we wanna go to the beach club and then with a transfer back included or directly back. I tried to have great times and the guide on the boat was friendly and helpful BUT he told us indirectly to give him tips later and I felt like to be forced to. Tips should be given if they earned it and it should come from our side not from him (just want to mention). At the end of the tour I gave him a little tip just not to feel bad about it and they were really upset about the small tip but sorry we didn’t even got what we paid for for all that.

Hernan and crew worked hard to make sure everybody was having a good time and Hernan went above and beyond as he was very attentive to my family especially while snorkeling. El Cielo reef was breath taking snorkeling. We booked it last minute while walking to the ferry in the main square from a vendor in Playa del Carmen, so I would suggest booking in advance to understand the times plus what's exactly included and ferry return times to Playa del Carmen. The evening ended at a beautiful restaurant where we decided to stay and eat to watch the sunset, before we were taken back to the ferry terminal.
